Chloé Jouet is a Canadian crystal bracelet brand offering ready-made and personalized bracelets, including bracelets created through our Design Your Bracelet experience.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Chloé Jouet,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chloé Jouet. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, use automated systems to extract content without authorization, or use the website in a way that could harm Chloé Jouet or other users.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to display our bracelets, crystals, colours, charms, spacers, packaging, and other product details as accurately as possible.

However, colours and appearances may vary depending on your screen, lighting conditions, photography, and the natural characteristics of the materials.

Product availability may change without notice.

4. Natural Crystal Variations

Natural crystals are inherently unique.

Variations in colour, pattern, transparency, inclusions, texture, markings, shape, and other natural characteristics may occur between individual beads.

As a result, the bracelet you receive may not be identical to product photographs, samples, or digital previews shown on our website.

These natural variations are part of the character of natural crystal materials and are not considered defects.

5. Design Your Bracelet

Our Design Your Bracelet experience allows customers to create personalized bracelet designs by selecting options such as crystals, beads, colours, arrangements, spacers, charms, and bracelet size.

Digital previews are intended to help visualize your design. They are representations only and may not perfectly reproduce the colour, size, proportion, texture, transparency, or appearance of the finished physical bracelet.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections carefully before placing an order.

6. Bracelet Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate bracelet or wrist size.

Please review the sizing information provided on our website before placing your order. Because fit preferences differ between individuals, we cannot guarantee that a particular size will provide your preferred fit unless otherwise expressly stated.

An incorrectly selected size is not considered a product defect.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact hello@chloejouet.com before ordering.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving product unavailability, pricing or website errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You are responsible for ensuring that your order information, email address, billing information, shipping address, bracelet size, and customization selections are accurate before submitting your order.

8. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on chloejouet.com are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed where applicable during checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted, except where correction is required because of an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment service providers and may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

9. Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

All Chloé Jouet sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, natural crystal variations, or other personal preference reasons.

Custom and personalized bracelets created through our Design Your Bracelet experience are also final sale.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@chloejouet.com as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and any relevant damage.

We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.

If you discover an error after submitting an order, contact hello@chloejouet.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist if fulfillment or production has not yet begun, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Custom bracelet orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

13. Intellectual Property

The content and materials appearing on this website, including the Chloé Jouet name, logos, branding, bracelet-builder interface, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website design, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Chloé Jouet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, republish, or use protected Chloé Jouet content without permission except where permitted by law.

14. Customer Bracelet Designs

When you create a bracelet using our Design Your Bracelet experience, you authorize Chloé Jouet to use the design information you submit as necessary to produce, process, fulfill, and support your order.

Selecting a particular combination of commercially available beads, crystals, spacers, or charms does not necessarily create exclusive intellectual property rights in that combination.

Chloé Jouet may create or sell bracelets that use similar materials, colours, components, or arrangements.

15. Accounts

Certain website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring through your account.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, or special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
