Shipping

Every Chloé Jouet bracelet is prepared and packaged with care. Because our bracelets are handmade or prepared according to your selections, processing times may vary depending on the design and order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Times

Ready-made bracelets are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

Custom and personalized bracelets may require approximately 3–5 business days before shipment, as each piece is assembled according to your selected design.

Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship throughout Canada.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Chloé Jouet is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our bracelets and the natural characteristics of our crystal materials, all Chloé Jouet sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, natural crystal variations, or other personal preference reasons.

Please review all product information, bracelet sizing, materials, bead selections and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom & Personalized Bracelets

Bracelets created through our Design Your Bracelet experience are individually made according to your selections, including bracelet size, crystals, bead arrangement, spacers and charms.

All custom and personalized bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please carefully review your completed design and wrist size before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@chloejouet.com as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your order number;
• a brief description of the issue; and
• clear photographs of the bracelet, packaging and any visible damage.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been submitted.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact hello@chloejouet.com as soon as possible. If production or fulfillment has not yet begun, we will do our best to assist you.

Custom bracelet orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Natural Crystal Variations

Natural crystals are unique. Variations in colour, pattern, transparency, inclusions, texture and other characteristics are a natural part of crystal materials.

As a result, the beads in your bracelet may vary slightly from product photographs, samples or digital bracelet previews.

These natural variations make each bracelet unique and are not considered defects.

Bracelet Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate bracelet or wrist size when placing an order.

Please review our sizing information carefully before purchasing. Differences resulting from an incorrectly selected size are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before ordering.
